Hi Raji! I believe self-compassion is key in loving yourself. I sometimes think its even more important than self-confidence. You have to learn to be self aware, take responsibility, make changes, find your passion, and surround yourself with people who support and inspire you. The path to self love isn’t linear, it’s messy and requires a lot of inner work, therapy can definitely help. Once you’re able to understand yourself and love who you are/what you represent, you can start creating your identity/brand & thrive! The most important relationship in life is the one you have with yourself.
